SortCellsBlockedError
Thrown when sortCells targets a range containing structures the sort cannot relocate as a
unit: merged cells, a multi-row spill, or a spill reaching into the range from outside it.
Excel refuses the corresponding sorts too (for spills, see GRID-is/excel-test#31, folder
sort-cells-spills).

The optional constructorOpt argument accepts a function. If given, all frames
above constructorOpt, including constructorOpt, will be omitted from the
generated stack trace.
The constructorOpt argument is useful for hiding implementation
details of error generation from the user. For instance:
