DataTableEditBlockedError
Thrown when a structural edit (row/column insert, delete or move, moveCells, clearCells) or
a cell write would change part of a what-if data table in a way Excel refuses (verified
empirically). Excel refuses via a modal alert or a silent no-op depending on the operation;
Apiary surfaces the rejection so the host application can decide how to react.

The optional constructorOpt argument accepts a function. If given, all frames
above constructorOpt, including constructorOpt, will be omitted from the
generated stack trace.
The constructorOpt argument is useful for hiding implementation
details of error generation from the user. For instance:
